On micro-levels it feels that the teams and departments really synergize and communicate across the other micro-level teams. But on a macro scale the issues and solutions and current environment/mix of the company (and therefore that particular environment/mix's needs) is completely lost.

The culture at our company feels pretty equal-opportunity and I see a wide mix of different backgrounds and views coming together in various committees and leadership positions.

A fuller comprehension of each teams' main responsibilities and resources and being available and attentive to communication - this lack of availability and attentiveness has suffered since returning to the office.
