I have spent the last month in a state of constant anxiety and fear of losing my job. I can't understand how someone who has provided 91% of the onboarded products for our entire team is in the position that I am in. Management has no idea what anyone below them does. They see a deadline and numbers and if you don't hit the mark on both you have failed even if you far exceed expectations on one or the other.

I have disabilities that qualify for reasonable accommodations under ADA and I feel like I am being held to a standard that no one else in my position is being held to. If you are going to pay me the same amount honestly probably less than at least hold me to the same standard.
