I've only been with Nav for four months, but it's been extremely positive. I feel like I've worked there forever without being bored or feeling like I've lost my interest in the company's work.

I really enjoy Nav, especially the people. The work we do is important, although I'm not sure my contributions are necessarily important. I do feel underutilized and that my experience and talents aren't fully used, but I think that will change as the company gets organized.

Everyone is of a similar mindset, even with different perspectives. I love that my colleagues see things differently than me but are willing to share their experiences.

The freedom to do my best work how I work best. Knowing that my contributions matter. Being able to count on my colleagues to do their best work, too.

The transparency. I took a pay cut to come to Nav but I am much happier here because I know what to expect and why I'm paid what I'm paid.

Everyone brings different skills and perspectives, but everyone is committed to the same goals. This is impressive. There's no competition or back biting. We are all committed to helping each other and our customers succeed.

I took a pay cut to come to Nav and was told that I could expect to be moved to a comparable level within a year. However, none of this was conveyed to my manager, who was hired the same time I was. I feel like I was promised something that I can't enforce.
