What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They either need to decide what the vision of this company should be or trust that the right people have been hired & retained to establish and realize a vision. In the latter case, an exec role would be to sell the company to investors and potential new leadership hires.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary and spending account.

I regularly get offers for $300K base pay as someone with 10 years of experience in tech.

People care about people and the quality of their work. Most everyone wants to do good work and cares about results--this is an awesome trait to have in an organization.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My time at Nav has included some of the best moments of my professional career and some of the lowest. Some ways it could improve is retaining people who care about Nav's values, culture and have empathy for our customers. The word limit is too low to answer this question truthfully.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraged to bring their authentic self to work from lifestyle to personal choices. As long as you treat others well and accept them, then you're good to go.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Institute performance based pay instead of immediate profit sharing. Establish clear goals for growth instead of 6 "Big Rocks." Establish new capabilities we are looking to offer and why. Hire more IC engineers and pay them more to attract better talent.
