It has been a great experience minus some HR hiccups. This is a great company to work for

Agile in priorities and grounded.

Aligned on goals, want to see the company succeed.
Review from Finance Dept
They are very inclusive of others. They all have a shared vision of where we want to be
Review from Engineering Dept
I think that the leadership team is vested in our success individually as well as for the company.
Their sense of intentionality and driving hard into the future
Review from Engineering Dept
They either need to decide what the vision of this company should be or trust that the right people have been hired & retained to establish and realize a vision. In the latter case, an exec role would be to sell the company to investors and potential new leadership hires.
Review from Product Dept
My VP is very reactive - almost to a fault. I think there needs to be more clarity around what we are doing and why. Our targets seem to change every month, which lends me to believe that we don't actually have a clear line of sight on our goals and how to achieve them.

Competitive pay, equity component, Pick your perk
Review from Finance Dept
A health plan with an HSA, multiple options for everything.
Review from Engineering Dept
The level card is honestly my fav perk
Review from Engineering Dept
The salary is the most important part.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company provided market rate pay.
Review from Marketing Dept
Our salaries do not meet comps.
I took a pay cut to come to Nav and was told that I could expect to be moved to a comparable level within a year. However, none of this was conveyed to my manager, who was hired the same time I was. I feel like I was promised something that I can't enforce.
Review from Marketing Dept
I am doing a lot more work than the other co worker with same title and getting the bigger and harder workload. I am asked to know ALL the insights and my coworker can barely put a summary together. I should move up and get paid more since I am doing much more and have more knowledge
Review from Sales Dept
I feel like there is a distinct line between my team and the rest of Nav. I often feel like I have to make sure the company is my #1 priority
Review from Customer Support Dept
More inclusive insurance and pay raises across the board due to inflation.
Review from Engineering Dept
Welcoming and collaborative. Happy to help.
Review from Finance Dept
Open, easy to work with, able to work as a team, fun

when I was at the nav growth in utah my team was out drinking late at night and showed up late each morning and they continued like nothing happened and all was well. it is frustrating when you are still there, showing up and working but others are not being held accountable.
My time at Nav has included some of the best moments of my professional career and some of the lowest. Some ways it could improve is retaining people who care about Nav's values, culture and have empathy for our customers. The word limit is too low to answer this question truthfully.
Review from Product Dept
Welcoming and inclusive. Everyone wants to help everyone else succeed.
Review from Finance Dept
The executive leadership team is inspiring.
The transparency, I like knowing what is going on and where the company is headed.
Review from Engineering Dept
Very inclusive of all people
Review from Engineering Dept
People are encouraged to bring out their best selves and many do.
Review from Engineering Dept
Institute performance based pay instead of immediate profit sharing. Establish clear goals for growth instead of 6 "Big Rocks." Establish new capabilities we are looking to offer and why. Hire more IC engineers and pay them more to attract better talent.
Review from Product Dept
Enable and empower people, show them the way and trust them. Don't micromanage people.
Review from Engineering Dept
Each person was transparent and genuine.

Review from Engineering Dept
Enabling the company to increase profit and forming good relationships.
Review from Engineering Dept
since i started, it's been issue after issue, problem solving, troubleshooting, and I keep getting more work added under my name while I am figuring out the issues from before
Review from Sales Dept
I don't feel like the work I do provides the most value to the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
My bar is: am i dreading going to work today. Here at Nav i'm not "excited" to go to work but i'm happy enough with what I do that I want to stay and grow with the company. I don't think many people are excited we should be looking more at, are they content?
Review from Engineering Dept
This is not the forum for the daily deluge of micro-aggressions I deal with. However, there are some co-workers that I truly enjoy working with and respect deeply.
Review from Product Dept
Upper management needs to practice what it preaches and realize that we are real people. We spent a week learning about transformational leadership, but when it comes to practicing it, there is no actual support. Getting that buy-in from the top town is instrumental in creating trust.
Review from Marketing Dept
At it's core, Nav is committed to doing the right thing on a large scale.
Review from HR Dept
There are a lot of processes being established to scale, and those will bring some timely structure to make us more efficient in routine things.
