I really applaud Nav for the addition of the Level card. I haven't anything quite like this before and believe it's a great value add.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The IRL event! I enjoy being in person, around other people, and getting out of my house. While there are benefits to working remote that I enjoy, the IRL time I feel is much more fulfilling than Zoom.
