I enjoy working at Nav. Being a couple of years into my career, working here has taken me back to the feeling I had when I first started my career/journey. A company with a lot of possibilities and people who are all trying to be better as individuals but also see those thrive around them.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really applaud Nav for the addition of the Level card. I haven't anything quite like this before and believe it's a great value add.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and the regular All Hands Meeting keep me informed about the goals of the business and how all teams &. leaders are making an impact.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like getting things done! Knowing I made an impact. That I followed through and delivered in a way that made a difference for the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The IRL event! I enjoy being in person, around other people, and getting out of my house. While there are benefits to working remote that I enjoy, the IRL time I feel is much more fulfilling than Zoom.
