I feel like there is a distinct line between my team and the rest of Nav. I often feel like I have to make sure the company is my #1 priority

The cost of living is so high. I feel that a rate increase would help retain employees. I do feel that the benefits help a lot in many ways I just think that it can be hard to make ends meet at this pay rate. I took a pay cut to be here and I feel like this is where I am meant to be, I love NAV!
