Helping customers understand business credit, watching them succeed in improving scores and obtaining funding to grow their businesses. I am passionate about helping small businesses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable, friendly and down to earth. I really do feel that they care about me and my success. I have never worked at a company that valued every employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is unlike any company I have worked at before. I feel like I belong and that my work matters at NAV. Everyone has made me feel welcome and it's an inspiring place to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are some of the best people, they are helpful and kind. They are hilarious and fun to work with, but most of all genuine. I think our energy matches when it comes to being passionate about NAV.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is so high. I feel that a rate increase would help retain employees. I do feel that the benefits help a lot in many ways I just think that it can be hard to make ends meet at this pay rate. I took a pay cut to be here and I feel like this is where I am meant to be, I love NAV!
