Working on things that challenge me and working with a team that 100% aligned on what needs to be executed. (Right now there is confusion and too many voices on what is the priority.)

The EPIC (bonus) is considered as part of your overall comp, but if we do not (or expect to pay) pay that out at 100% there needs to be more transparency for the negotiation process. Especially if you are new and had no input to the targets that were created to the bonus payout.
