My coworkers, that's it. Everything else is awful.

When it's time to leave.

It was laid back, probably because they can't gold employees to save their lives.

I love my coworkers, they're amazing hardworking people with great personalities and drive. But every single one of them is at a breaking point and overworked.

Better salary and some help, not more help, some help, ever. Don't leave someone alone to see 50-60 patients by themselves and act like that's acceptable in any way.

Empathy, sympathy for what they're putting us through. Maybe how hard they work is but they'd never know because they come around once every three weeks to tell us to keep busy if we get 2 minutes to breathe. They're despicably lazy and out of touch.
