What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Teamwork, professionalism and dependability. Eager to learn

My coworkers, that's it. Everything else is awful.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Big question. There is so much to say here. They need to learn to speak positively to staff. The manager in Nebraska is particularly sour.

More concern for emoyees. They should br more careful who they hire.

Better communication between the home office and business office
