How helpful and understanding they are.
Communicate more often, provide constructive feedback more often, and seek to correct issues before they rise to the level of writing a “performance improvement plan”. Its a little tough to correct your course when you haven’t a clue that you have evidently been on the wrong
educate corporation about patient care - all they want is numbers and spreadsheets
Empathy, sympathy for what they're putting us through. Maybe how hard they work is but they'd never know because they come around once every three weeks to tell us to keep busy if we get 2 minutes to breathe. They're despicably lazy and out of touch.
Management is so so horrible. No Professionalism, the Clinic manager is incompetent & plays politics and favoritism.
My boss was hard to work for.
I really like how much im paid
The hourly rate was the highest I’ve ever received
Weeks after I signed on they took away 401k matching and restructured the bonus program to be laughably unattainable.
The insurance is really expensive. There is no concern about staff getting breaks or being there hours after close due to patient load.
Better salary and some help, not more help, some help, ever. Don't leave someone alone to see 50-60 patients by themselves and act like that's acceptable in any way.
I trained them. So there awesome. Hand and glove. There like family
The clinical, patient-care team is genuine, hard working, and kind.
We work very well together.
I love my coworkers, they're amazing hardworking people with great personalities and drive. But every single one of them is at a breaking point and overworked.
There is so much negativity.
We all worked together very well
Teamwork, professionalism and dependability. Eager to learn
My coworkers, that's it. Everything else is awful.
More concern for emoyees. They should br more careful who they hire.
Better communication between the home office and business office
brief, concise and too the point
Candid conversation with medical director
It was very smooth and easy.
It was too long ago to remember
It was laid back, probably because they can't gold employees to save their lives.
