My direct coworkers and manager are excellent. It does feel as though the executive team is growing in a way that is disparate from my division and the original Nordic values.

All of my team members are invested in making each other and the customer successful. Even when very busy they make the time to help each other out.

My direct manager and division leadership seem invested in making me and my coworkers successful. Our executive team seems invested in more management consulting and making us Ernst and Younger, which seems incongruous with my division's goals.

I enjoy working with my coworkers and manager. Everyone is interested in making each other successful and helping them grow. On the flip side people have been overly busy as we've had a large amount of turnover.
