Communicating a vision and shared goals. Our CEO does a great job with this, but I don't see the level below him consistently doing the same within their respective business units.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation policy is wonderful. Although I haven't taken time off yet, it is nice to not stress about using up accrued time - we take as we are able.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is brilliant in their own way. It would be valuable to do a leadership and communication style assessment though - I think this would help all of the business lines work better together.
