Managed Services Leadership team feels separate from Nordic at large leadership team in terms of being vested in the success of the team, in pushing for inclusion, diversity and equity. Nordic overall leadership remains plagued by comments and actions that show they aren't forward looking.

Salary is good, but I'm an early adopter. I believe people hired in the last two years are paid below market average for the work they are expected to perform.

Many other companies, including healthcare firms, received back pay and/or bonuses. Remaining flat year over year with the pandemic and seeing nothing for staff from it while new upper level management is continuously hired results in poor optics.

Review of job description and industry standard is and would be beneficial to compensate fairly. Benefits are extremely high and find it hard to bring in talent due to this alone.

Rates have had a downward trend. I'm not sure what can be done about it & I appreciate the equity share based on longevity, but it is frustrating.
