When questioned about issues of fairness, the response is vague and defensive making excuses and placing blame rather than being open, progressive and putting in a more genuine effort to be transparent with all staff.

Our health insurance is extremely expensive. I am resentful of all of the additional responsibilities I have as an app lead for which I do not get compensated. The "recovery time" set up is not sufficient incentive for on-call work because it requires additional work to arrange coverage/make up time

A closer gap between consultant and Managed Services Pay. I greatly appreciate the dental/vision benefits but the healthcare benefits for non-WI residents is not competitive with other options.

I feel strongly that there is a gender wage gap, at least in managed services, that must be investigated. I don't feel as valued as my male counterparts at this company. I am also disappointed with our health insurance options, at least at my current rate of pay; both are unaffordable for me.

The rate of attrition in Managed Services remains a big concern for me, and the fact that we are not having open, honest conversations about it is a big red flag. Attrition has led to teams being stretched very thin, and leadership has not really acknowledged this.
