I enjoy working for Nordic and feel comfortable in my role. I do have concerns about the future of the company, given the rate of attrition and the lack of open conversations about it. I also hope to see Nordic become more diverse, especially in the upper echelons.
I really appreciate how collaborative my team is
I'm not sure if this question refers to my department leadership team or C-suite.
By and large, I work with smart, interesting, collaborative people. I enjoy the camaraderie of my teams.
I'm most happy when I know the work I'm doing helps people, whether that means end users, patients, or my teammates.

I'm not sure which leadership team this question refers to. If this means the executive team, I don't really have anything to say.
I love my team and I think we work together well. I think overall we have too many meetings that aren't necessary or productive.

I really appreciate how committed Nordic is to retaining employees and offering us opportunities to have fun at work and to give back to the community.
I appreciate how far the company has come in the past year with regard to DEI efforts and look forward to continued improvement and investment in this area.
The in-roads we are making on the D&I front, but we have a very long way to go, especially when it comes to buy -in from Senior Leadership and C-Suite.
I believe that app leads should be compensated for the additional work we have to do, including de facto people management. I would also greatly appreciate a better health plan.

I'm exhausted. I feel like I wear 10 different hats throughout the day and I don't have the support I need, still reeling from the RIF. I am not confident about where we are headed as a company with how many people are leaving.
The rate of attrition in Managed Services remains a big concern for me, and the fact that we are not having open, honest conversations about it is a big red flag. Attrition has led to teams being stretched very thin, and leadership has not really acknowledged this.
Our health insurance is extremely expensive. I am resentful of all of the additional responsibilities I have as an app lead for which I do not get compensated. The "recovery time" set up is not sufficient incentive for on-call work because it requires additional work to arrange coverage/make up time

I feel strongly that there is a gender wage gap, at least in managed services, that must be investigated. I don't feel as valued as my male counterparts at this company. I am also disappointed with our health insurance options, at least at my current rate of pay; both are unaffordable for me.
