I waited extra months after my non compete to make sure I worked with Nordic and didn't just take the first opportunity that came from somewhere else. I knew I wanted to work here, I knew I wanted to work with these people, and years later I have had 0 regrets.

They're consistent as individuals and consistent across the team. I know each one is reliable no matter the day and on any given day I could give a task to any one and they'll do it well.

I work with the best people around. If I have a team of Nordic staff internally or on a project, I know that I will work with people who excel at what they do and will be great to collaborate with.

Making my customer successful and exceeding expectations. Nothing is better than hearing "we're so glad we did that," "we're so glad we chose you to work with," "we're so happy with how this project better serves our staff and our patients."

its personal and relatable. Titles and structure don't mean that I have to go through one person before another, I can reach out to and work with almost anyone. We all just want to do good work for our customers and consultants.

I don't like working at home. Its boring and and I don't interact with anyone. I love working with the customer directly and getting to meet with them where they are. I think it makes them most productive and gives me the most energy.

the compensation structure is too rigid. It seems based solely on tenure so even if I am being showered with praise, the employee that I am constantly cleaning up after but who has been there the same time is getting the same pay.

its supportive. I don't feel pressure to do anything I find unethical and in all my experiences so far I feel that my company would support me even above the customer if needed and that support means that we can most often find a positive outcome for all involved.
