I enjoy their maxims and think they are on the right path for a consulting group of their size. Their clients seem to trust the company and their consultants are very good. I enjoy the collaboration with my executive team and truly feel there are "open door" opportunities if needed.

Being busy and productive for the client I am working for. Giving the client the best of my expertise and leaving them with a good product experience.

They seem forward thinking in the industry. They are looking at other companies to partner with, e.g. Cerner and Canada, and seem truly invested in the next few years.

The company culture is usually the client I am working for. Generally I can make it a positive experience with demonstrating a good attitude, which I try and do.

I really don't have a "team" -- unless I am working with others on the same project. I have never been "embarrassed" about a co-worker from Nordic as they are generally exceptional.

That if I am billable, I can receive a part of the hours I billed as a bonus. It is incentive to be billable and feel your hours were not just given to the company.
