I love that they are transparent. They provide regular updates on how our organization is doing, which helps employees feel like they have more a vested interest in the business.

They're transparent. They provide updates on the business as well as other initiatives that matter to employees at Nordic. They also follow through on their actions, which goes a long way in my opinion.

It may sound corny, but there's no individual on our team. We act cohesively as a unit -- everyone is willing to help out to get the job done. We truly care about eachother as people too, not just coworkers.

We're started to make a concerted effort to focus on diversity & inclusion, which is something that's extremely important to our culture and the success of our company. We have work to do here, but it's very positive that the leadership team is vested in this initiative.
