I love working at Nordic. I've grown as a person and in my career in only 5 months of working here. I didn't come from a health IT background and I've already learned so much through trainings and my helpful co workers!

I like that the "heirarchy" is more of a bottom-up style. The leaders empower each team to lead out in their own way. The executive team is also very approachable and honest with the state of the company.

Everyone is friendly and Nordic does a great job of planning events for employees to get to know one another and have fun! Summer happy hours, concert outings, bbqs, monthly lunches, and events to places like Dave & Busters!

Everyone is friendly, team players, willing to teach, and give and receive feedback in healthy, honest ways. I love that I have productive one-on-ones with my managers every week. We talk about what I'm doing well and where I can grow. We also talk about how they're doing as a managers.

I liked that all of my conversations felt like I was chatting with a friend. Everyone was genuinely kind and thoughtful. They were also very interested in who I was! It didn't feel like they were just checking questions off of a list, because they asked genuine follow-up questions to my responses.
