Executive leadership is excellent. Middle management is somewhat less impressive but ok. Cutting edge technology company with some amazing applications in Enterprise and Healthcare spaces.

Pay is pretty good but the benefits programs are not the best. The transition to a different vision program has left me wishing I'd stuck with the other healthcare option which was ok but not as appealing as other portions of the one I switched to.

The positive attitude at the top mostly cascades down. There are lingering issues with culture that are difficult to pin down. If you ping a co-worker and never receive a response that's just how it is. Other companies (Fortune 100) I worked with had intra-company SLA's which may work here.
