They are generally approachable and fairly easy to work with. I also don't see a culture of micro-management, at least with my leader

The bonus is probably the best part. I do wish there was more perks in terms of the benefits such as a home office stipend, ability to have the company pay part of the internet, etc

The company doesn't have a culture yet, as compared to others. There aren't fun slack channels that people interact in, but occasionally the people team do things like March Madness. Overall it's not bad, but needs to be better in terms of culture. Environment is relaxed, but you keep busy
