The bonus is probably the best part. I do wish there was more perks in terms of the benefits such as a home office stipend, ability to have the company pay part of the internet, etc

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is collaborative, practical, and low-ego. People are willing to help, open to feedback, and focused on solving real problems instead of just checking boxes.

The company doesn't have a culture yet, as compared to others. There aren't fun slack channels that people interact in, but occasionally the people team do things like March Madness. Overall it's not bad, but needs to be better in terms of culture. Environment is relaxed, but you keep busy
