The unlimited time off. I don't and won't fully utilize it, but it's nice to know that it's there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to receive bonus's or a salary closer to industry norm.

Our team has been short staffed for months and are constantly asked to rebuild our reporting, which I dont think is understood. 12-14 hr days are common, our work is very manual, and we are constantly holding other's hands to do simple tasks.

There's so much (too much) to do a lot of that time that it feels overwhelming and like things are constantly piling up.
