The bonus is probably the best part. I do wish there was more perks in terms of the benefits such as a home office stipend, ability to have the company pay part of the internet, etc

The raise and review process needs an overhaul. Currently you are not rated based on your own skills/year, you are rated based on how you compare to everyone else. If others deem to get more of a raise, it means even if you were worthy of it, you get less because they got more.

The bulk of the work falls on the most competent and those with the drive to achieve goals. Compensation seems to be held for titles rather that achievements.

I feel the compensation is low compared to other companies for the same role. I feel you can't keep people with such a small increase each year and expect them to take on so much work.

I think the company could do more with benefits, as they increased quite a bit for employees over the last year. The company also made it difficult for employees to earn a good wage increase. I do not feel my manager cares about us as people sometimes.

The company doesn't have a culture yet, as compared to others. There aren't fun slack channels that people interact in, but occasionally the people team do things like March Madness. Overall it's not bad, but needs to be better in terms of culture. Environment is relaxed, but you keep busy
