Everyone is very friendly and helpful when learning new things.
Everyone works at a team. True...everyone has their own things to get done, but I don't feel judged or at competition with my peers.
Being a new team the fact that we all came together like we have been working together for years. We are all experts in our fields and it shows. The team is also very open to input from anyone which is great to see.
