The company doesn't have a culture yet, as compared to others. There aren't fun slack channels that people interact in, but occasionally the people team do things like March Madness. Overall it's not bad, but needs to be better in terms of culture. Environment is relaxed, but you keep busy

I think the flexibility is great. Remote working is nice and I think people do not babysit you as long as you get your jobs done. That makes me feel respected.
