I have direct access to the leadership team. I have been introduced (sometimes even in person) to leadership who I don't even directly work under. The ones I do directly work under are available and willing/interested in collaboration. They also allow us to own our work and want to hear our input.

There are at least two goals so everything isn't dependent on one target

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. The leadership team does a good job of coming up with various team building exercises when we meet in person.

When the team gets together for an offsite it's a work hard, play hard attitude. We're held to a high standard but also dedicate time to team bonding and enjoying each other as people outside of work.

Management encourages ideation and problem solving at all levels, so there is an openness to share opinions and ideas without the feeling of it being dismissed/ignored
