I do appreciate they offer an annual bonus on top of salary, 401K, healthcare, etc.

The leadership team is focused on the future and gives the team a lot of autonomy on day-to-day operations.

The team is very collaborative and supportive -- always willing to go outside of their area of expertise to help out.

Management encourages ideation and problem solving at all levels, so there is an openness to share opinions and ideas without the feeling of it being dismissed/ignored
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When the team gets together for an offsite it's a work hard, play hard attitude. We're held to a high standard but also dedicate time to team bonding and enjoying each other as people outside of work.
