No appreciation, no good help, my DM talks to me like I am stupid and I am always pulling every one else's load

The hiring process here is exhausting. Good employees leave, and the lazy ones stay. The hiring process here basically requires a pulse and a clean police record. The ineptitude and laziness of the poor candidates that are hired are a contagion because their load is now placed on capable workers

Stop using employees as captains. Captainships are placed on employees making them do more while other employees make the same and get more time for their properties. My DM rakes in my hard work and praise, I don't even get a thank you. The pay gap between PMs and DM is terrible

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

I just want a thank you or a good job every now and then. I am a leader in the C2C for three years running, not to mention an elite winner. I mention this because my DM doesn't have to come here because of my performance. The other need his attention. How can he assess me if they are never here?
