My experience has been good, and I feel I am being developed. I would say the one thing I would change would be base salary compensation.

Teamwork, and the innovation and transformation of the company. I like how they include field leaders .in this initiatives and listen to feedback from all levels.

I feel that there should be a higher base at the DM level. I also believe that we need a better structure on Salaries in relation to promotions, and relocations. Increases should be navigated based on performance, and needs of the market they are promoting to. Specifically in relation to DM to SDM.
