Overall, it started great, but got difficult during 2020 when turnover was high. Over the past few months, it has gotten much better.

Over the past 60 days, I have raised concern that I had. I feel that they have addressed them appropriately, which has increased my engagement.

I do not feel undervalued, but I do feel that we should make more money. We run our business from top to bottom, and we make the lower spectrum of what District Managers do in other industries.
