I started as an employee on phones with no idea what my future with this company would hold, thanks to my lead OM's and site director I have made my way to Team lead and have the opportunity to do OM training. I owe all of my success to my leaders who gave me every tool I needed to succeed.

I look forward to my Monday meetings with my OM as well as our Supervisor meeting every Friday as those meetings help all leadership get on the same page and even gives great solutions and advice.

I love that leadership is honest and transparent but also understanding, sometimes we just need someone to understand what we are going through in our personal lives to assist us in succeeding in our professional lives. I live our mission each day with my team.

When I applied I got a response that same day it was on a Friday and my interview was for the following Monday. The process was so fast and I felt seen by the company rather than feeling ignored having to await a response for days or weeks like other companies.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
My team makes me the happiest, they are the reason I get up every morning and come to work. they are the reason I log more than 8 hours a day and they are the reason I am successful in my supervisor position. My agents are an integral part of this company.
