What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they invest in me. I have worked in places were the leaders would not develop those under them for fear of it threatening their job. This has never been the case at Qualfon and my leaders have always supported my growth.

Being in the L&D department, I like best that my leadership team is about growing and developing every single person that is involved with L&D, from entry level agents to the top of the ladder. This leadership team put time and effort into the growth of their employees and show how to do the same.

I've worked for several large BPO companies and at the end of the day they are "profit only" focused. Qualfon, while a for-profit company, is "people only" focused understanding that the profit will flow from that culture.

The best part of my compensation package is salary, bonuses, health benefits, and other perks.

I feel the compensation & benefits are simply not sufficient for the quality of work that we produce

What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is our strong sense of collaboration. We have a diverse group of individuals with unique skills and expertise, which allows us to tackle challenges from different angles and come up with innovative solutions. Additionally, the team is incredibly supportive.

I have several different meetings regularly with all different departments and within my team as well. They are such a value to be able to interact especially with being virtual now. The information we exchange grows our team with every meeting and are fun as well.
