I like that my team helped me prepare for my interview for my last promotion. They made it an easy process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoy what I do. I am eager to come to work every day. I do not always have sunshine days, but I love what I do and the company endorses that for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have several different meetings regularly with all different departments and within my team as well. They are such a value to be able to interact especially with being virtual now. The information we exchange grows our team with every meeting and are fun as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being in the L&D department, I like best that my leadership team is about growing and developing every single person that is involved with L&D, from entry level agents to the top of the ladder. This leadership team put time and effort into the growth of their employees and show how to do the same.
