the co-workers are the best thing, the band aids that Qualfon puts on culture here is laughable when you have employees that can't buy their own groceries.

it is awesome a lot of promotions to make extra money

Allow people to use the bathroom when they need to. Allow them to read books between phone calls. Stop treating people like mindless drones.
