My new leadership team was able to give me the opportunity to grow and learn more. I was stagnant (sorry for the word) for 7 years in one position since there was no growth in my previous site- with the new site and with new set of leaders- I am slowly learning and understanding my worth

Overall great leaders. If anything, transparency can be improved and timeliness to action (decision-making and communication) too esp. if it involves a promotion being on hold for example where their final decision becomes the bottleneck, or if involves anything that impact merit increase.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being true to your mission

Practice what is preached; Open honest communication; have an environment where feedback is not criticized nor retaliated against. Currently Qualfon does not have this environment it it does then this needs to go to all departments. I do not trust my boss

Be fair and empathetic. Be professional.

Do what you say you are going to do. Live by the values that is set. Too many a time has something been promised then not be delivered. I have set up meetings with different staff members and that staff member did not show or even accept the invite. Reporting needs to verify data. Show respect

My leader is prejudice or rasict. I am never acknowledge for my WOW calls. She only critizes me. When I mentioned my WOW calls explained to me that she emailed it to me. I told her that I did not get it but then she told me several times that she never knew anything about my WOW calls

I have been lied to regarding training and the second you question them they are quick to retaliate . And blame you for their system issues.

They have to get better at everything since they can not synchronize their roles. i have been dealing with bad communication, always struggling with payment and absences that are not true, they give bad excuses. i have requested medical service 3 times now and they have denied that service to me now

Managers needs to not just ask for updates about numbers but also how the team is doing. It is different when we first talk to people before asking for numbers at the end of the day.
