Work as a CSR by design is isolating but we occasionally meet. Its not a big part of the job but the turnover is so high because the job is so horribly both in pay and overall experience that no meaningful relationships are built.
Have actual meetings at work.

Coaching is horrible. I was coached on how to handle a call because of another agent lack of knowledge. So I was the blame. I told Karen rodecap. That I did not understand what I did wrong and her response back was do not worry everyone is being coached. I asked if she could explain to me further on

Stop being lazy and be held accountable
To understand their role and provide better support that requires thinking and assistance and not just auditing or pushing for more things to work on. Instead of policing, should create items to make things easier or more convenient for learning
