Work as a CSR by design is isolating but we occasionally meet. Its not a big part of the job but the turnover is so high because the job is so horribly both in pay and overall experience that no meaningful relationships are built.

Coaching is horrible. I was coached on how to handle a call because of another agent lack of knowledge. So I was the blame. I told Karen rodecap.
