In my job role, the one who screened me looks me at the heart.

I was able to talk to the Mission Manager before and she discussed and made me understand the job description of my work

The talent acquisition team does a good job in making sure you are aware of every step and gives you timely feedback on how you did in every hiring process step.

It was done over the phone, so it was a more relaxed experience.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Process alignment and real time updates via tracker

improve profiles and follow them

Do an actual interview, don't just read off a checklist and make a job offer.

I had to jump through hoops to apply which seemed unecessary based on what the job entails and how little qualifications one appears to need.

All of the interviewing has been placed on the under prepared, under trained, and under valued team leads not Human resources

They need to hire a different socioeconomic class. You cant pull people out of the projects and expect them to become licensed for a job that lasts 3 months
