Leadership is someone who is there to lead your team and would back you up when things get rough. Someone who push you and guide you to become better not the other way around. Someone who knows how to listen and would build a trustful and healthy relationship with their subordinates.

for the employees to be treated fairly in terms of pay because it looks like they are willing to buy talents at a higher cost and failed to acknowledge those who have grown and helped the company grow
