We have been requesting benefits that genuinely enhance our income in Mexico to better engage our employees.

The benefits are a joke. They gave us two options a hdhp with a $6500 deductible or a gold plan. 6 months later they came to those who signed up for the gold plan and told them they were not eligible and they knocked them down to the hdhp with no notice.

They need to hire a different socioeconomic class. You cant pull people out of the projects and expect them to become licensed for a job that lasts 3 months
