I do feel support from my boss, she is always teaching me something new, which is refreshing. No gate keeping

I am happy with my manager, she is very down to earth and realistic. Provides resources and the expectations are highly achievable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the human side, right now many processes are too artificial, which can be understood but we need to validate the human in the process not the number.
