What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked for several large BPO companies and at the end of the day they are "profit only" focused. Qualfon, while a for-profit company, is "people only" focused understanding that the profit will flow from that culture.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they embody the 3M principles in Qualfon: Mission Leaders as Messenger, Mentor and Manager.

That they invest in me. I have worked in places were the leaders would not develop those under them for fear of it threatening their job. This has never been the case at Qualfon and my leaders have always supported my growth.

Being in the L&D department, I like best that my leadership team is about growing and developing every single person that is involved with L&D, from entry level agents to the top of the ladder. This leadership team put time and effort into the growth of their employees and show how to do the same.

Very competitive compenstation and benefit package on par with larger BPO companies.

I feel the compensation & benefits are simply not sufficient for the quality of work that we produce

Not overly meeting driven, lots of autonomy to accomplish the objectives.

One of the best things about my team is our strong sense of collaboration. We have a diverse group of individuals with unique skills and expertise, which allows us to tackle challenges from different angles and come up with innovative solutions. Additionally, the team is incredibly supportive.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fairly typcial of other compaines of the same size.

This experience was new for me because I had to conduct a case study and present it to a panel. It was both nerve-wracking and exciting, as I thrive on challenges. What made it truly amazing was the supportive feedback I received from the panelists, especially considering I was the one applying.
