So far, the team I have right now is fun to be with. Support and help are also visible in our team and I think that's how teamwork should be done - having those attributes of being professional and competitive.

Leadership is one of the most important aspect a team/company should have. What I like about the leadership team in Qualfon is that it's fun but at the same time competitive enough, knows limitations and professional actions are taken as well.
