I think that I'm paid fairly, but I would be interested in acquiring equity in the company. I also believe annual bonuses would encourage longevity in our employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely enjoys each others company, and no one feels like they're just "going to work". We try to encourage our employees to be creative, have fun, and most importantly (as our motto goes) don't be boring!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that I manage is incredibly creative, supportive and fun. They truly work together as a team, and they're always willing to stop what they're doing to help one of their coworkers. They collaborate, they care about one another, and they make each other laugh.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the immense luxury of working with some of my best friends. I love that I get to come to work in a place that encourages creativity and personal growth. I also love that my job directly positively impacts the livelihood of small business owners around the nation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Previously, I've worked for leadership teams who only see me as a company asset. I'm a worker for them, and nothing more. At Rallio, you work amongst leaders who care about you as a person, and encourage you to have a fulfilling life outside of your time in the workplace.
