I think the leadership team is invested in the company's welfare in a way that makes everyone want to be invested as well. I really feel like my leadership believes in me, and believes in the capability of our product.

Leadership Reviews

Reputation CEO and leadership need to focus on infrastructure to ensure happy customers. They want to be a CX platform but they can't even manage their own customers and ensure their satisfaction. Reputation's online reviews say everything (they're pretty bad).

Listening to their CSMs and Support team members and understanding employee churn at such a high volume is a problem with management and workload- not with the employees.

I was given the lowest possible annual raise for not "exceeding expectations" after 4 promotions in under a year without any raises or actual title-on-paper changes. It was completely insane to be making the least possible amount for my role

Our team collaborate well, communicate excellently and work TOGETHER to improve process, always in the best interest of the customer and to be as streamlined and efficient as possible to ensure we're adding value to the bottom line instead of being a bleed on company resources.

A lot of encouragement and collaboration. I don't ever feel like i'm in it alone, and know that if I need it almost everyone would be willing to help.

They all truly CARE! I think we've all been in a workplace where team members just "get by." Well that doesn't happen here- everyone truly wants to make a difference

In my area in particular, ideas are listened to. There's a great deal of respect, collaboration and optimism, in spite of the chaos in other areas.

Our company and team goals are optimistic and realistically challenging. For my team at least, I feel like accomplishments are highlighted regularly and pitfalls/mistakes are used to grow rather than discourage.

people really do care for each other and use each other as sounding boards when there are challenges (there are a lot of them).

I love working with our Customers, learning their stories and hearing how our solutions have made an impact on their organization

Customers are often uninformed before change happens. Customers don't feel like the product is high value. Customers aren't the focus of Reputation; profits are.

Get rid of the men-failing-upwards and focus on your employees. Happy employees = Happy customers = higher profits. It's been proven. Get rid of managers who provide no substance or just take credit for others' hard work.
