What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my area in particular, ideas are listened to. There's a great deal of respect, collaboration and optimism, in spite of the chaos in other areas.
Our company and team goals are optimistic and realistically challenging. For my team at least, I feel like accomplishments are highlighted regularly and pitfalls/mistakes are used to grow rather than discourage.
people friendly and open culture for thoughts
people really do care for each other and use each other as sounding boards when there are challenges (there are a lot of them).
I love working with our Customers, learning their stories and hearing how our solutions have made an impact on their organization

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Middle management needs to go- focus should be on employee health and product stabilization. That's the only way this company will hit its growth potential
