EPAM Systems: A company by BAs and SCRUM master for BAs and SCRUM masters. Best promotion, you are 100% invincible, full control over teams and you decide who stays and who gets promoted. EPAM has a lot of developers, new ones are easy to find and onboard, but BAs and especially SCRUM masters are very valuable.
