Becuase managers have too much on their plates, they are also unable (or unwilling) to deal with unit culture problems like workplace violence and harrassment.

TTEC: I've had a ruff start with my career. I had to go to word because of serious medical problems with my husband. Insurance is great, the telemarketing job I had before TTEC, I was basically paying for medical. I feel valued at TTEC.
TBWA Worldwide: Amazing experience! My manager is thoughtful, considerate and invested in my growth. Which in turn inspires me to consistently produce good work.

O'Reilly Auto Parts: It's a. Very nice place to work but they miss up on your check with direct deposit
GardaWorld: Garda World in Toledo is poorly run. They have let people on site at the AmazonPCW1 in Rossford, OH. and then had to remove them because one didn't pass a drug test and one didn't pass a background check, they had a guy who threatened co-workers who went to another site and harmed someone.
AutoZone: Communication and teamwork building (fifth word)

Hilton: I love working at Hilton. But I do not appreciate being told no one can take off work for a month due to a GM being on paternity leave.

Caliber Collision Centers: In my experience, regional managers pick and choose their favorites. If your not in the "good ole boys club" you are excluded from future opportunities and treated unfairly.
Graphic Packaging: Terible management they do not engauge with employees. All quality check points are carried out by the CI Dept and they only have 1 per shift and cant control the whole plant thats why we have so many returns and complaints
Family Dollar Stores: that does not matter now
Premium Retail Services: Cons - Almost no training, unrealistic expectations for completion time, Mileage reimbursement is paid at barely half of the federal rate, must work 1+ hours unpaid each week, confusing to figure out travel time pay. Pros - Set my own schedule, can make last minute changes to schedule if necessary.

The Salvation Army: Under staffed, over worked and under paid and under appreciated!
DIGNITY HEALTH: Good benefits and state of the art research
Adobe: A good experience overall, but it can be really inconsistent across the company. I would not feel comfortable telling someone that it was a great place to work until I know what team/manager the person was considering.

Kohl's: Ive always enjoyed it but today i was told to leave 15 minutes early and lose my 30 minute break i didnt eat on my 15 thinking id get to eat on my 30 and now i dont get one because of mistakes others made earlier in the day
UHS (Universal Health Services): Bonuses, market adjustments, annual evaluations are all given to "favorites" while other workers that far exceed expectations are ignored, and given more responsibilities without compensation.
Adobe: Adobe is a great place to work. Having been acquired 4 years ago by Adobe is the reason I'm not retiring next month at 65. It's more challenging, engaging, and fun to work than ever with Adobe.
Adobe: I've had an amazing experience here for almost two decades and the people, leadership, and culture are what make it amazing.
GardaWorld: The company does not really give their manager any controll because they micro manage. Also they dont make their employees accountable for any action

Sally Beauty: This company was so great until the last year. They are very micromanag-ey. They do not car about your well-being but like to pretend that do. It would be great if it weren't for micromanaging and the company being so cheap.
Marriott: The assistant manager of the Marriott on the residency on the beach don't know how to manage his employees.
Adobe: I feel very well setup to take care of my family and myself.
